About the Spirit
J.J Whitley Nettle Gin is a 39% product made in Birmingham. J.J Whitley follows a tradition born of eight generations of distillers and our range is inspired by the flavours of English gardens and hedgerows. Launched in 2016, this gin is supplied by Halewood.
Juniper

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.
