25ml Chapel Down Pinot Noir Gin
20ml Raspberry Liquor
15ml Lime Juice
Pink Lemonade
Method
Crush a handful of raspberries in a shaker and add ice. Add Chapel Down Pinot Noir Gin, raspberry liquor and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a tumbler. Top up with pink lemonade.
