Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin is a 40% product made in Herefordshire. Chase Distillery is the first distillery in the UK dedicated to the field to bottle cause where all of their spirits are grown, distilled and bottled on their rural Herefordshire farm. Launched in 2008, this gin is supplied by Chase Distillery .

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.
