About the Spirit
Brooklyn Gin is a 40% product made in New York. Brooklyn Gin is the only gin made with 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. Launched in 2010, this gin is supplied by Hi-Spirits.
Juniper

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.
Lemon Peel

Lemon peel provides a deep lemon flavour to drinks. During the distillery process, the warm and vapour will make this botanical to release its oils that will apport citrus and floral notes into the spirit base.
