Bellerose is unique and doesn’t really fit in a defined beer category. It is dryer and not as malty as a Bie?re de Garde, less bitter than an IPA, so we like to define it as a "Hoppy Saison." It is a delicate beer with aromas of lychee and citrus with floral and biscuit notes.
