Matthew Clark customers are now able to enter our UK-wide cocktail competition, by submitting a summer creation online. Successful entrants will then be invited to compete in one of our regional heats.

The winning creation will gain hero status, across our summer marketing but what's more, the crowned finalist will receive a 5-day all-expenses-paid trip to Louisville and Chicago in the US for a truly authentic bourbon immersion hosted by Jim Beam, Knob Creek and Makers Mark.

We’ll also be running a series of cocktail workshops, throughout February, which focus on making the most of the cocktail opportunity. Completely free to attend, and led by our Spirit Specialists, it’s the perfect opportunity to get started with cocktails.

Cocktails have proven to be a hugely beneficial addition to a drinks offering, diversifying a drinks range, and increasing a customers’ spend per head, with cocktail drinkers proving to be more valuable. Matthew Clark’s aim is to demystify the cocktail category through training and education to help our customers make more from the cocktail trend.
